Our motion sensors are designed with FPGA technology, a DSP processor, and an Advanced Parallel Calculation Algorithm. By focusing on data processing and noise filtering rather than extremely expensive gyroscope/accelerometer, we have achieved: high performance, low cost, small size, and data processing speed up to 1000Hz.
The device measures:
- Roll, pitch, yaw;
- Heave Motion (Estimation of Heave Motion is based on accelerometer measurements using an adaptive heave filter);
- Linear velocities and linear accelerations;
- Angular velocity;
- Heading;
It has been successfully sold in the market for a multi-beam echo sounder and bathymetry system.
