BLUACT is an URBACT transfer network, run by Municipality of Piraeus, Greece.

BLUACT maintains this website (hereinafter referred to as "the website") for your personal information and instruction only, to allow you to learn more about BLUACT's activities. You may browse freely through the website. You may also download information from the website for your personal non-commercial use only, provided all references to authors' copyrights and other property rights appearing with the content in question are preserved. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, post, republish, upload or otherwise make use of the content of the website - including text, images, animations or soundtracks - for public or commercial use unless you have obtained prior written consent from BLUACT.

General Terms and Conditions:

BLUACT may from time to time check the discussion boards, email exchanges, transmissions, notice boards and other elements on the website, but it has no obligation to do so and accepts no responsibility for content that may be inaccurate, false, libellous, obscene, slanderous, incomplete, plagiarised, pornographic, offensive or dangerous.

The only personal information collected are emails (newsletter subscription) and will be used for newsletter purposes only.

Personal data will be used only by BLUACT and its affiliates and, unless otherwise specified at the time of collection, will not be divulged or shared with third parties for any reason whatsoever.

You have the right to access, correct, amend or suppress any personal data, and you may exercise these rights at any time by sending an email to the communication officer at bluactnetwork@gmail.com, who will deal with your request as promptly as possible.
