The purpose of the PA is to create a bridge between academic education and the labor market. This action aims to:
in developing the professional skills of young people and providing them with the tools for their smoother integration into the workplace and the broader social environment
in helping students discover their comparative advantages in workplaces and research, so as to assist them in choosing the appropriate professional direction or postgraduate studies
familiarity with research, technology, innovation and entrepreneurship in the fields of the public sector, the private sector and the social space.
The Internship is paid and students are insured during their internship, which lasts three months per academic semester.
The Panteion University Internship Office is a channel of constant communication between the university and businesses and public and private sector entities, for the easier integration of students into the country's productive system, as well as for the better utilization at a professional level of the knowledge they acquire during their undergraduate studies. The Internship Office further aims to develop incentives both for the increase in the number of participating students and for the attraction of more Internship host entities.
