Quality Policy
More generally, the academic quality policy of Panteion University aims to ensure its improvement through the promotion of good practices and the assurance of the quality of the learning processes for its students. The relevant strategy and the systematic promotion of this enhancement is achieved through the integration of qualitative evaluation methods of the work and services provided at all levels.
Since its foundation, Panteion University has been based on a philosophy of broader quality that looks forward to the fundamental values:
the progress of science and the transmission of knowledge within the framework of the educational process, as a public University,
academic freedom in teaching and research, as well as the free expression and dissemination of ideas within the framework defined by the Constitution, the laws of the State and the regulatory obligations and standards concerning it,
respect for meritocracy in the procedures of faculty members and staff,
the continuous development and modernization of the undergraduate and postgraduate studies (programs) provided and
the participation of students in all processes that concern them.

Contributing to the implementation of these values, in practice, constitutes the object of the Quality Policy and the mission of the Quality Management System developed and implemented by the Foundation, which governs its structure, organization and operation.
The Administration of Panteion University is committed to its students, teaching staff, associates and staff, to maintaining and continuously improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, as well as to making all financial, technical and human resources required for this.
A measure of the success of this policy and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System is the satisfaction of the students and executives (academic and administrative) of the Institution, which is achieved through close and efficient cooperation with key axes:
The creation of a model institution for teaching and research
The continuous recording, analysis and review of needs with the aim of optimally satisfying them,
Utilizing the experience of the Foundation and its executives in new technologies, especially in Lifelong Learning and distance education
The creation of a strong cohesive bond between its teaching and administrative staff, the consolidation of trust between all the factors of the Institution through responsibility and accountability, and
The optimal use of resources to ensure economic sustainability.
This personalized approach is at the basis of the Quality Management System of Panteion University and dictates both the internal structure and organization of the Institution, as well as the management and control of its entire operation.
The above guidelines are specific to each of the Foundation's basic Processes (competitions, project implementation, human resources management, teacher evaluation, provision of educational work, etc.), which are regularly evaluated in order to respond to the constantly changing environment in which the Foundation operates, while their achievement is assessed based on predefined indicators, defined by the Quality Management System, which are evaluated for their achievement in internal-external inspections.
